Pioneer’s double tongue and groove D-log is available in 6×8 and 8×8, flat smooth on the inside and round on the outside. With the 8×8 you also have the option of a round face inside and outside. This kiln-dried wall system offers several types of corner systems. Choose from the butt and pass, the saddle notch or Pioneer’s unique preferred dovetail corner system.

Each home goes through an inspection process as it's being built to make sure it meets certified specs. We don’t offer any in house financing at this time but encourage you to get financing through your local bank or credit union if needed. When the home is delivered, our crew will work with the crane contractor to place and finish the assembly details.
Once a design is agreed on, it’s sent to Cozy Cabins to have drawings completed. At this point site work can be done and also the external utilities.
